Lanitis Development Ltd was established to plan, design, develop and manage integrated resort projects, having secured the exclusive cooperation of strategic partners of international reputation and expertise. The company is the owner of Aphrodite Hills, the first integrated golf, leisure and real estate development in Cyprus. The project was designed with the participation of the international hotel chain InterContinental, Carnegie for the golf installation and Andrew Gibson for the health spa and tennis academy. The uniqueness of Aphrodite Hills, both in terms of its dimensions and design, provides the company with precious know-how and experience, which will be used for other projects of similar character in Cyprus and abroad.
